Fitoors is not responsible for any missing or lost parcel. However, proof of delivery can be requested in the event of an undelivered parcel. If the parcel is lost and undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail.
Fitoors does not take responsibility for any international or European orders. Customs have the right to open parcels and charge customs will be passed onto you. If any customs charges are not paid or the parcel is returned to Fitoors, we will offer a full refund of the product excluding any postal / customs charges.
